主人公の武藤カズキは、ヴィクターとの最終決戦に臨みます。ヴィクターはホムンクルスの力を完全に覚醒させ、人類に絶望をもたらそうとします。カズキは自らの命を犠牲にしてでも、ヴィクターを止めることを決意。彼は武装錬金「サンライトハート」の力を最大限に引き出し、ヴィクターと激しい戦いを繰り広げます。最終的に、カズキはヴィクターの暴走を止めることに成功し、ヴィクターは人間の心を取り戻します。しかし、カズキは力尽き、絶命してしまいます。その後、カズキの死を乗り越えた仲間たちが、それぞれの道を歩み始める姿が描かれます。そして物語の最後、カズキがホムンクルスとして蘇生し、彼が再び仲間と再会することを予感させる終わり方で幕を閉じます。
感想・レビュー
最終回でのカズキの自己犠牲と、ヴィクターとの感動的な決着に胸を打たれました。特に、カズキが命を懸けてヴィクターを救う姿は、彼の優しさと強さを改めて感じさせてくれました。一度はカズキが亡くなってしまう展開は悲しかったですが、最後の彼の復活と、再会を予感させる終わり方には希望を感じました。友情と信念を貫くカズキの姿に、最後まで感動させられました。

Summary of the final episode
The protagonist Kazuki Muto faces off against Victor in the final battle. Victor, having fully awakened his Homunculus powers, tries to bring despair to humanity. Kazuki decides to sacrifice his own life to stop Victor. He maximizes the power of his Buso Renkin, “Sunlight Heart,” and fights a fierce battle with Victor. Ultimately, Kazuki successfully stops Victor’s rampage, and Victor regains his human heart. However, Kazuki, having used up all his strength, dies. The story then depicts his friends moving on with their lives after overcoming his death. In the end, the story concludes by hinting at Kazuki’s resurrection as a Homunculus and his eventual reunion with his friends.
Review of the final episode
I was moved by Kazuki’s self-sacrifice and the emotional conclusion of his battle with Victor in the final chapter. In particular, the sight of Kazuki risking his life to save Victor made me feel his kindness and strength again. The development where Kazuki initially dies was sad, but the ending, which hinted at his resurrection and a future reunion, gave me hope. I was moved to the very end by Kazuki’s steadfastness in friendship and his beliefs.
