感想・レビュー
築地市場の閉場と豊洲への移転という現実の出来事を背景に、物語が完結したことに感慨深さを感じました。築地で働く人々の苦悩や喜びがリアルに描かれていたため、彼らが築地を離れていく姿には胸が締め付けられる思いでした。しかし、主人公が築地で得た経験を活かし、新たな場所で前向きに生きていく結末は、希望を感じさせてくれました。食の文化を支える人々の情熱が伝わってくる、素晴らしい最終回だったと思います。

Summary of the final episode
The protagonist, Shuntaro Akagi, faces various challenges with the help of the people working at the Tsukiji Market after his father, Sentaro, leaves. However, the decision to relocate the Tsukiji Market to Toyosu drastically changes their lives. The final chapter depicts the closure of the Tsukiji Market and the wholesalers moving on to their new paths. Shuntaro does not go to the Toyosu Market; instead, he leaves Tsukiji and returns to his hometown in Kagoshima to start a new life as a fisherman. The story concludes by suggesting his new beginning and the lasting bonds he formed with the people he met in Tsukiji.
Review of the final episode
It was very moving to see the story conclude against the real-life backdrop of the Tsukiji Market’s closure and relocation to Toyosu. The struggles and joys of the people working at Tsukiji were depicted so realistically that it was heartbreaking to see them leave. However, the ending where the protagonist uses his experiences from Tsukiji to live a new life positively gave me a sense of hope. It was a wonderful final chapter that conveyed the passion of the people who support our food culture.
