最終回は、将太が最高の寿司職人になり、彼の夢を叶えるという最高の結末で、本当に感動しました。彼の挫折や苦悩をずっと見てきたので、彼の成功が心から嬉しかったです。寿司というテーマを通して、人間の温かさや、仕事への情熱を教えてくれた、素晴らしい作品だったと思います。

Summary of the final episode
The protagonist, Shota Sekiguchi, as the son of a prestigious sushi restaurant, has overcome various difficulties and has aimed to become the best sushi chef. In the final chapter, Shota faces his final sushi showdown with the person who is his greatest rival. He makes sushi with his love and passion and magnificently grabs victory. The story concludes with Shota becoming the best sushi chef, taking over his family’s sushi restaurant in his hometown, and fulfilling his dream.
Review of the final episode
The final chapter was truly moving, as it had the best possible ending: Shota becoming the best sushi chef and fulfilling his dream. Since I had been watching his setbacks and struggles for a long time, I was genuinely happy about his success. I think it was a wonderful work that taught me about human warmth and passion for one’s job through the theme of sushi.
