Summary of the final episode
The protagonist, Taichi “Master” Keaton Hiraga, a former SAS survival instructor and detective with an unusual background as an archaeologist, has solved various cases all over the world. In the final chapter, Keaton breaks with his “father,” who was the one who determined his life, and re-examines his own life. The story concludes by suggesting that Keaton will continue to be a detective but will also embark on a path as an archaeologist. He begins a new life by heading to an archaeological excavation site with his daughter Yuriko.
Review of the final episode
The final chapter moved me with the sight of Keaton starting his life over and walking a new path. His human growth was carefully depicted as he solved various cases, and I was engrossed in the story. I was not only impressed by his many talents but also felt his human kindness and love for his daughter, which made me feel warm inside.
